No difference I am afraid with the cuts drifting away from the tool path. Thinking that I might have a PC/Mac issue, (all design done on Mac, but Mach3 needs a PC), I opened Fusion on the PC and created the post process from there. These cut clean, following the tool path all the way through. Painful to design technical drawings on, but I drew some of the parts I was using Fusion for and sent those to be cut. Pulling my hair out I turned to the artistic Aspire software. Rechecked my machine, including all wheel units, belt tensions and also the X, Y and Z calibration. After the configuration process I loaded a design from Fusion, now with the Mach Mill Post processor and to my horror I found the cuts made to be drifting off the tool path. Recently upgraded my X-carve to a bigger frame size, different drive units/electronic card and Mach3 Software.
